About

Deco-boco fuses painting, sculptural installations, and wearable art—liberating creative expression from the confines of the gallery to live directly on the streets. Using deconstructed garments, washi, and rattan, the work arises from a deliberate tension between the impulse of the Cosa Mentale and the resistance of the material, operating through the ethics of Arte Povera and the philosophy of Wabi-sabi. The piece exists in its totality only when worn, where the body and the material merge into a single artwork.
