Destination Rest
Join GOCA for Destination Rest! Destination Rest is a community nap that invites you to rest, relax, and replenish, in the community and the arts. We’ll have a custom tea service, affirmation poetry, sound bath, and writing workshop. There will also be gifts and door prizes! Yoga mats and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring whatever sleep materials help you rest (pillows, bolsters, blankets, etc.) Session instructors include Ashley Cornelius, Sam Paulin, and Mallory Everhart. You deserve to care for yourself and restore. This event is free and open to anyone who wants to rest. Rest is resistance and we can’t wait to collectively relax with you surrounded by the murals of Justice of the Piece!
