Phases
by Hart & Horn
This collection, Phases, is a tribute to the ever-turning wheel of the moon—a mirror of our own becoming, shedding, and returning. Each piece draws from the sacred geometry of the lunar cycle: the bold clarity of the full moon, the quiet mystery of the dark moon, the tender growth of waxing light.
Using layered techniques—dyeing, painting, leatherwork, and even papier-mâché—each garment becomes a living canvas, imbued with texture, ritual, and transformation.
Phases is for those who honor change as ritual, who dress in symbols, and who move through the world like the moon—changing, powerful, eternal.
ABOUT HART & HORN
Angela Hartshorn has been designing and sewing since she was a small child, learning how to sew from her Grandmother Elizabeth. Her artistry has taken on many iterations for the years, combining her interest in fantasy, darker aesthetics, and witchcraft. With major life changes over the last year, the “Phases” concept has become even more personal. Angela has participated and produced multiple fashion shows over the years including Denver Fashion Show. This is her first show back since Covid. Angela owns Hart & Horn in Manitou Springs, her dream witch and alternative clothing shop.
When she’s not traveling and vending all over the country with Oddities and Curiosities Expo and various renaissance festivals, or working in her shop at the Manitou Art Center, she spends time at home with her queen Lily and werewolf Lady. She even has a podcast about hauntings.
